David has been employed in the local vacation rental and property management business for the past 25 years. David joined The Lachicotte Company in the Spring of 2015 as the Director of Property Management Services. David has served, or is serving, on many local Tourism/Community Boards and Committees- The Litchfield By The Sea Board, Summerhouse Board, Bridgewater Board, Litchfield Beautification Committee, Pawleys Island Hi-Way Beautification Committee, Georgetown County Tourism Management Committee, Pawleys Island A-Tax and Civic Association Committees, Georgetown County United Way Appropriations Committee and South Carolina Make-A-Wish Board – David believes we are blessed with the opportunity to live and work in a great community and makes a priority to serve and give back to the community.


David earned Degrees in Business Administration- Majoring in Real Estate and Political Science from the University of South Carolina.
